Okbag (also referred to as "okbag.bet", "we", "us", or "the platform") is an online sports betting service provider. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and okbag.

KYC Verification Process

These terms and conditions apply when placing bets on okbag. Each bet is treated as a binding agreement and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.

Bet Acceptance

• A bet is only valid once a confirmation message has been issued by the platform.
• Okbag reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Pre-match bets placed before a match begins will be automatically voided once the match kicks off.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳100; Maximum: varies by event.

Result Determination

Results for all events are determined based on internationally recognised sources and official sports governing bodies. In any disputed case, okbag's decision shall be considered final.

Cashout Feature

Cash out is available on selected events. The cash out amount varies based on market conditions and may be less than the full potential winnings. Once a cash out is completed, it cannot be reversed.

Okbag offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, detailed on the relevant promotion page. The general bonus terms are as follows:

• Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting the wagering requirements (typically 5x–10x).
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Okbag reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse may be subject to investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okbag. If any of these occur, the account will be immediately terminated and all funds forfeited:

• Participation in match fixing or any form of corruption in sports.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated technology.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or breach the security of the platform's systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Okbag strives to maintain the highest standard of service, but our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Bets missed due to technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Due to delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.
• In the event of an unforeseen natural disaster or force majeure.

Okbag shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the last 30 days.

Okbag reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified via email or through the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Cancellation

You can request account cancellation by contacting our support team at any time. okbag also reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a policy violation.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, please first submit a written complaint to our support team. We will endeavor to respond within 7 business days. If the matter remains unresolved through support, independent mediation may be considered as an alternative.
